Graphite on paper. I am so proud of this one! Not perfect, and I miss the super dark blacks that charcoal provides, but not bad for a random afternoon’s work. I used a grid to reference a photograph in order to get my proportions right. The right eye (my left) kept throwing me off, but I love the shadow of the glasses on the bridge of my nose, and I proud of the mouth.
